Insurance and Payment
We are a Fee for Service practice and do not participate with any insurance plans. Payment in full is required at the time of your appointment. We will provide the necessary forms to you for submission to your insurance company.
Cancelling or Rescheduling Your Appointment
If you are unable to make your scheduled appointment, kindly provide a 24-hour advanced notification of cancellation.
To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please call (202) 293-1000 and we will call you back within one business day.
No Show and Late Cancellation Policy
Out of respect for other patients and our providers, we kindly request a 24-hour notification for cancellation of appointments. Failure to do so will result in a “No Show Fee” of $50.00 for each visit missed. Additional charges will be assessed for missed procedures.
A cancellation is considered to be late when the appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours to the scheduled appointment time, and will result in a “Late Cancellation Fee” of $50.00.
