Our office is open Monday- Friday from 9 am to 4 pm. We do offer Saturday morning appointments virtually.

Appointments and Billing

How do I schedule an appointment with an IntimMedicine practitioner?

Call us at 202-293-1000 or submit this form online to set up a consultation appointment with one of our specialists here in Washington, DC or via telemedicine. Don’t wait to get back to living your normal life — call us today.

How do I cancel or reschedule an appointment?

If you are unable to make your scheduled appointment, kindly provide a 48-hour advanced notification of cancellation. Failure to do so will result in a No Show Fee of $50.00 for each visit missed. Additional charges will be assessed for missed procedures.

Do you have a "No Show" or Cancellation policy?

Out of respect for other patients and our providers, we kindly request a 48-hour notification for the cancellation of appointments. Failure to do so will result in a “No Show Fee” of $50.00 for each visit missed. Additional charges will be assessed for missed procedures.

A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is canceled less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time and you will be charged a “Late Cancellation Fee” of $50.00.

Do you offer telemedicine appointments?

Yes, we offer telemedicine appointments Monday- Friday and Saturdays before noon. To schedule a telemedicine appointment call us at 202-293-1000.

How do I pay my bill online?

Insurance and Prescriptions

Do you accept insurance?

No. We are a Fee for Service practice and do not participate with any insurance plans. Payment in full is required of the time of your appointment. We will provide the necessary forms to you for submission to your insurance company.

How do I request a prescription refill?

It is your responsibility to notify our office in a timely manner when prescription renewals are necessary. Approval of your renewal may take up to three (3) business days, so please call as soon as possible.

If you use a mail order pharmacy, please contact us at least 14 days before your medication is due to run out. The US Post Office has been extremely slow for all types of mail. If you need o new prescription and have a scheduled appointment, please make this request at the time of your visit.

COVID-19

COVID-19

Our office is currently open for both in person and telemedicine visits. All staff have been fully vaccinated.

Office hours are Monday – Friday from 9am – 4pm. In addition, Dr. Simon is scheduling virtual visits on Saturday mornings. We are pleased to continue our availability to both new and existing patients.

Our top priority throughout the COVID-19 pandemic has been the health and safety of our patients and staff while still providing high quality healthcare. This is still our top priority. While IntimMedicine staff is fully vaccinated, our office will continue to strictly adhere to all CDC guidelines.

  1. Appointment times have been designed to minimize waiting room time and our clinical staff will promptly move you to your private exam room.
  2. All staff and practitioners will wear face masks/shields to decrease any risk of viral transmission.
  3. Patients are expected to wear masks throughout their time in the office as recommended by the CDC.
  4. No visitors are allowed during your appointment to minimize office crowding and maintain social distancing.
